Description

Analysis Note Two grams of Capsicum annuum L. pericarp, placenta, and seeds were separately homogenized and extracted with 50 mL of water/methanol (25/75, v/v) for 20 minutes at 100 °C. The extracts were filtered and evaporated at 45 °C then resuspended in 1 mL of water/methanol (1/1, v/v).
