Description

Analysis Note This application demonstrates the separation of cold remedy components on Ascentis Express 2.0 μm RP-Amide.  The polarity and H-bond donating groups of the stationary phase are well suited for this mixture of phenols and basic components.  This is an update of a previous application on Ascentis RP-Amide to reflect scalability of the RP-Amide chemistry to the core shell particle.
