General description Sample preparation: Prepare a stock solution with 100 ng/mL of compounds in synthetic urine (Cerilliant, part number S-020, lot 72112). Dilute this solution with 95:5 (5mM ammonium acetate in 0.1% formic acid in water: 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile) to give a final concentration of 50 ng/mL. Filter through a Millex LH filter. Inject. Also prepared blank in same way.
