Conditions

sample preparation 125 µl urine spiked at 125 ng/mL each enantiomer, add 1 mL diethyl ether, mix/vortex 30 min, centrifuge at 10,000 rpm for 10 min. remove 500 µl aliquot of organic (upper) layer, (evaporate to dryness under nitrogen at 55 C, reconstitute in 500 µl mobile phase, filter through 0.22 µm PVDF membrane (Z227498))
