Clarocarbon® G activated charcoal
Folded filter

Sample preparation:
Mix 100 ml of the sample of wine with 5 g Clarocarbon® G activated charcoal and stir for 10 minutes. Use an analogous mixture of 100 ml water for analysis and 5 g activated charcoal as blank. Filter the charcoal through a folded filter. The solution must be clear and colorless.

Analysis:
Determine with the above mentioned test kits.

Calculation:
Chloride content in mg/l Cl = analysis value in mg/l Cl
