A2228 — Monoclonal Anti-β-Actin antibody produced in mouse Overall:  October 23, 2011 This B-Actin mouse monoclonal antibody works great! It is the only one that we ever purchase"It is clear works every time with very little background. We block in 5% Milk in TBS-T and generally incubate our blots overnight in the primary antibody. However, this particular antibody also works well with a 2 hour room temperature incubation if you need results the same day. Our antibody is also stored in 5% milk in TBS-T with sodium azide.
