The confidentiality of Customers Accounts is important to us and we place high priority on the security of customer information. Be aware that criminals may try to obtain information about you and your business by making telephone calls purporting to be from our "Sales" or "Accounts" Departments. We will never ask you to provide us with account information by phone or fax

Follow good Information Security practice and never provide information about you or your business unless you are certain with whom you are dealing. Take care if a telephone caller asks you to identify yourself or give account details. If they have made the call they should know who they are calling. If in doubt ask the caller´s details and arrange to call them back using an independently sourced telephone number
