You can check the order status from the website by logging in to see the orders you have placed. Go to the “Account” tab at the top of our page and select “Your Orders” from the drop-down menu.

When you have entered "Your Orders", the order list will indicate the status of the order. If the order status says "In Process", you must open the order to see the status of each of the products in your order.

If you were not the one who placed the order, you must link your profile to your organization's account to see the status of the orders associated with your account, by sending an email to  atencion_web@merckgroup.com.

We recommend using the CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number) number in the search bar of our website.
The CAS number is a unique identification number for the chemical and overcomes problems that may arise. Example, the result of a chemical product being known by different names.

If the product you are looking for is not identified in the search with a CAS number, it is likely that we do not have this material to offer within our product portfolio.

Access the page of the desired product or perform an Advanced Search.

Follow the instructions below:

• If your project number is up to 14 digits, add it in the “PO Number” field that appears in one of the purchase stages.
• If your project number is more than 14 digits, in the "Customer Service Instructions" area, which appears in one of the purchasing stages, click the "Add Instructions" button and add the information in this field .

Debido a la necesidad de presentar una declaración jurada anticipada de importación frente a AFIP, el plazo de entrega de todos nuestros productos se verá extendido.

Esta nueva reglamentación (Resolución N° 3252/2012), vigente desde el 1° de Febrero, implica que la AFIP evaluará dicha declaración jurada y otorgará la autorización para la importación en un plazo de 72 horas hasta 10 días.

Una vez obtenida la correspondiente aprobación, podremos comenzar con el proceso de importación de la mercadería.

Lamentamos los inconvenientes que esta situación pueda llegar a ocasionar.

Dando cumplimiento a la RG 2975 de la AFIP, Sigma-Aldrich Argentina implementó el sistema de facturación electrónica. Por tal motivo desde el lunes 21 de Marzo de 2011 toda nuestra facturación se realizará bajo éste nueva modalidad. 

Todos nuestros clientes a partir del 01/06/2011 sólo recibirán sus facturas vía email y en formato PDF. Favor de considerar que dicha factura se trata de la original y podrá ser impresa en una hoja blanca convencional las veces que sea necesario. Recuerden entonces que sus productos serán entregados sólo con el Remito habitual. 

En caso que requieran realizar la validación del comprobante, podrán hacerlo ingresando al siguiente link de la página AFIP: https://serviciosweb.afip.gob.ar/genericos/comprobantes/cae.aspx, donde luego de ingresar los datos requeridos (tomados de la factura electrónica), la AFIP informa si el comprobante es valido o no.

Le informamos que desde el 10/10/2014 nuestra razón social pasó a ser "Sigma-Aldrich de Argentina S.R.L.", cambiando de ésta forma sólo el tipo societario (S.R.L por S.A). Nuestro CUIT no ha cambiado, como tampoco nuestra dirección, ni nada referente a nuestra operatoria. Sólo podrá ver el cambio en el nombre de la empresa.
