Mobius^® Multi Column Capture System (Coming soon)

The Mobius^® Multi Column Capture system is a single-use solution for continuous chromatography, utilizing 3 columns, and intuitive and intelligent software, and standardized Flexware^® assemblies that allow you to select whether you want to run chromatography in a closed mode. The system can run up to 20 days in continuous mode and allows to increase resin utilization while reducing COGs.

Mobius^® Chrom 20 system

The Mobius^® Chrom 20 system is a flexible, fully automated, single-use chromatography system that enables consistent and reliable separation and purification of mAbs, vaccines, plasma, and therapeutic proteins at clinical and commercial scales. The innovative single-use flowpath reduces contamination risk while the flexible design features a standard hardware platform and options, empowering you to meet your unique process requirements. The Mobius^® Chrom 20 system delivers optimal operational flexibility for a 2,000 L bioreactor scale, with flow rates from 0.4 L/min (isocratic mode) up to 20 L/min. In gradient mode the system covers flow rates from 4 L/min to 20 L/min, for a 5:1 turn down ratio, with unrivalled isocratic and linear gradient accuracy.

The Mobius^® FlexReady Solution with Smart Flexware^® Assemblies is a flexible system, allowing you to have a single, scalable system for chromatography. The fully automated system is designed to achieve separation and purification of mAbs, vaccines, plasma, and therapeutic proteins. The Mobius^® FlexReady Solution with Smart Flexware^® Assemblies delivers optimal operational flexibility in a very simple and fast way.

CoPrime^® biochromatography systems

CoPrime^® biochromatography systems are designed to achieve optimum separation and purification of monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, plasma, and therapeutic proteins. The systems support rapid scale-up and are ideally suited for pilot and process scale. The CoPrime^® systems are based on 50 years of process knowledge and engineering expertise, providing a configurable, intuitive process-scale purification solution. CoPrime^® B and C sizes have an extended flow rate span and optimized performance for greater gradient accuracy and purification reproduction. The CoPrime^® size C covers higher scales and allows scale-up directly from CoPrime^™ B.
