If you are a new customer and have never made purchases directly from Merck, click here and fill out the registration form.

We will start a process to evaluate your data and, if approved, we will create your customer number and your web login. After creating your web login, you will be able to place your orders and receive quotes through our website.

You can also continue with your registration on the website and complete your order. Please note, however, that after completing the order, our team will contact you requesting information to evaluate and register you with Merck, if approved.

Only after this process will we process or reject your order (the registration and order processing process for new customers can take up to 7 business days).

SIGMA-ALDRICH WEBSITE

If you have previously made purchases with Sigma-Aldrich, follow the instructions below:

1. Create your web login: Register on our website.

2. Link your organization: In the 'Link your Organization' registration step, fill in the necessary information so that your web login is automatically associated with your company/institution. If you cannot find the information, go to step 3.

3. Complete your registration: You can continue your registration without linking your organization. To do so, click on 'Complete Registration' at the end of the page and continue filling in the requested information. (Please note that, when creating an unlinked account, it will not be possible to make quotes and your orders will undergo an internal evaluation).

4. Complete your login and add products to your cart: When you complete your web login (registration on the website), you will be able to add your products to your cart and complete your orders.

5. Request quotes: To request quotes, simply add the products you wish to request a quote to your shopping cart and, at the final stage of the cart, click on 'Request a Quote'. To request quotes, your registration on the website (web login) must be linked to your customer number, otherwise the quote option will not appear in your cart.

We can also help you associate your customer number with your web login. To do this, when you finish registering on the website, send an email to webbra@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

Email subject: Sigma Website Registration Activation

The body of the email must include:

- Login (your email);

- CNPJ/CPF number you would like to access;

- Company name/Full name;

- Billing and delivery address

By associating your profile, you will have access to a series of incredible advantages, including:

• Sending orders and quotes in real time;
• Check your purchase history and quotes;
• Merck stock availability;
• Schedule scheduled orders;
• Compare alternative products, and much more!

2. Once finished, send an email to webbra@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

Email subject: Merck Website Registration Activation

The body of the email should include:

- Login (your email);

- CNPJ/CPF number you would like to access;

- Company name/Full name.

- Billing and delivery address

When we receive your email, we will link your registration on the website (web login) to your customer number and you will be able to add your products to the cart and complete your purchases.

If you have previously made purchases with Merck, follow the instructions below:

1. Register on our website.

2. Once you have finished, send an e-mail to webbra@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

  - CNPJ/CPF number you would like to access;

SIGMA ALDRICH
If you have previously made purchases with Merck, follow the instructions below:

1. Register on our website.

2. Once you have finished, send an e-mail to webbra@merckgroup.com, with the following information:

• In the e-mail should include::
  - Login (your e-mail);
  - CNPJ/CPF number you would like to access;
  -Company name/Full name.;

To create a quote, you must be registered on our website and logged into an ordering customer account.

First, log in to our website and add the product(s) to your cart. Once the product(s) are in your cart, go to your shopping cart. Click “Checkout” and you will see the “Request a Quote” option. Once you choose “Request a Quote,” the quote will be processed and you will be given a quote number. When you are ready to place your quote request, go to the “Account” tab in the website header. Select “Order Center” from the drop-down menu and select “My Recent Quotes.” Once you have opened your quote, you can convert it to an order.

To reset your password, click on this link and add the email address registered to access the website in the “Email address” field. After that, you will receive an email to reset your password.

• If it has not arrived, you can request that this email be resent by clicking on the “Resend email” field.
• Note: if the email has not arrived in your Inbox, it is possible that it is in your Spam folder.

There is no shipping charge for purchase orders placed through the Sigma Aldrich website.

• If you have previously purchased from Sigma Aldrich, your orders can be sent to the following email address: sigmaorderBR@merckgroup.com
• If you have previously purchased from Merck, your orders can be sent to the following email address: merckorderBR@merckgroup.com

Indicating complete billing and delivery information. You will then receive an automated email with a Case number, which you can use to make inquiries about your order on our website.

In your shopping cart, add the promocode in the “Promotional Code” field, which is located in two places:

• Below each item in the shopping cart: if the item is included in the promotion, the discount will only be applied to the item for which the Promotional Code was entered.
• At the bottom of the Summary, located on the right, in the shopping cart: the discount will be applied to all items that are included in the promotion and in the shopping cart.

Invoice payments must be made using a bank slip.

For relevant information about orders, use  MPortal.
With MPortal, you can: track your order, access invoices, access your payment slips, among other benefits.

To request access to MPortal, you must:

• Register as an individual, with your CPF and email, on the MPortal site.
• If you have any questions about access, please contact: mportal@merckgroup.com

Some tips to help you better navigate the Sigma Aldrich website:

• Access our tutorial videos;
• Access our customer support page;
• Use Chrome as your default browser;
• Erase your history and cookies.
• This usually resolves the problems.

If the problem persists, send an email to webbra@merckgroup.com: describe the problem and add a screenshot of what happened so we can help you.

We recommend using the CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number) as a search term on our website.
The CAS is a unique identification number for chemical products and by using it you will avoid problems that may arise. For example, the result of a chemical product being known by different names.

If the product you are looking for is still not identified in the search, it is likely that we do not have that material available in our portfolio.

Access the desired product page or perform an Advanced Search.

Follow the instructions below:

• If your project number has up to 14 digits, add it in the “Purchase Order Number” field that appears in one of the purchase steps.
• If your project number has more than 14 digits, in the “Customer Service Instructions” area, which appears in one of the purchase steps, click the “Add Instructions” button and add the information in this field.
