How to make quotes and convert them into orders in our eCommerce

Create Quotes: To make quotes on the Sigma-Aldrich website, simply add the products you wish to quote to your shopping cart, and at the final step of the cart, click on 'Request a Quote'.

For quotes, it is necessary that your registration on the site (web login) is linked to your customer number; otherwise, the quote option will not appear in your cart. See below how to do it.

Convert Quotes: If you want to convert it into an order, just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on the website;
2. In the customer menu, choose the 'quote' option, and you will see your online quotes (made through the website);
3. If you made your quote by email, click the 'all quotes' button to view online and offline quotes;
4. Click on the desired quote and check all billing, delivery, and item details;
5. Click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now' and follow the steps to complete your order.

How to link your web login to your customer number?

If you have purchased from us in the past and know your customer number, log in and click here to associate your profile.

Note: Your customer number can be found in the PDF of the order or quote confirmation.

We can also help you associate your customer number with your web login. To do this, when completing your registration on the site, send an email to webbra@merckgroup.com with the following information:

Email Subject: Activation of Sigma Site Registration
The body of the email should include:

• Login (your email);
• CNPJ/CPF you would like to access;
• Company name/Full name;
• Billing and delivery address.
