  1. Hello, it is my first time buying DPBS powder. May I know how much should I weigh to prepare 1M of solution? My product is D5773-10L. Thank you.

    1. DPBS and other basal salt solutions are multi-component formulations. In total, this product requires 9.6 g to prepare 1L of a 1X solution. A molar concentration will not apply to the entire final product, only to the concentration of the individual components. See the link below for a formulation table for the DPBS products. The concentration of each component in these formulations are listed:
