Application

ASTM^® D5442 quantitative linearity standard has been used in the gas chromatographic determination of poly-aromatic hydrocarbons and/or petroleum hydrocarbons extracted from crude oil cultures of degrading bacteria like Burkholderia cepacia 2A-12 using hexane as the extraction solvent.
