Questions

1–3 of 3 Questions
  1. I am doing experiments on hyaluronidase activity and I would like information on how the reconstituted enzyme performs after being frozen and thawed at both -20C and -80C

    1 answer
    1. It is recommended to reconstitute this product in 20 mM sodium phosphate, pH 6.9, 0.45% NaCl, and 0.01% BSA at 5 mg/mL. Following reconstitution, store at 2 - 8°C up to 1 week. Stock solutions may be stored in working aliquots at -20°C for several months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
