Specificity

Clone 110 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects Zika virus NS1 protein.

Application

Flow Cytometry Analysis: A representative lot detected Zika Virus NS1 protein in Flow Cytometry applications (Bosch, I., et. al. (2017). Sci Transl Med. 9(409); eaan1589).

Enzyme Immunoassay (ELISA) Analysis: A representative lot detected Zika Virus NS1 protein in ELISA applications (Bosch, I., et. al. (2017). Sci. Transl. Med. 9(409); eaan1589).

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting with His-tagged recombinant Zika Virus NS1 protein.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:250 dilution of this antibody detected His-tagged recombinant Zika Virus NS1 protein.

Physical properties

~47 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).
