General description

A linear peptide corresponding to 15 amino acids from the N-terminal region of mouse Immunity-related GTPase family M protein 1 (IRGM1).

Specificity

Clone 1B2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects the long form of Immunity-related GTPase family M protein 1 (IRGM1). It targets an epitope within 15 amino acids from the N-terminal region.

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected IRGM1 (LRG-47) in Western Blotting applications (Butcher, B.A., et. al. (2005). Infect Immun. 73(6):3278-86; Springer, H.M., et. al. (2013). J Immunol. 191(4):1765-74).

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected IRGM1 (LRG-47) in wild-type, but not in Irgm1 KO NIH3T3 cells treated with IFN-gamma (Courtesy of Brian Fee, Ph.D. and Gregory A. Taylor, Ph.D., Duke University School of Medicine, USA).

Immunofluorescence Analysis: A representative lot detected IRGM1 (LRG-47) in Immunofluorescence applications (Zhao, Y.O., et. al. (2010). PLoS One. 5(1):e8648; Henry, S.C., et. al. (2014). PLoS One. 9(4):e95021; Springer, H.M., et. al. (2013). J Immunol. 191(4):1765-74).

Quality

Isotype testing: Identity Confirmation by Isotyping Test.

Isotyping Analysis: The identity of this monoclonal antibody is confirmed by isotyping test to be mouse IgG1.

Physical properties

46.55 kDa calculated.
