Description

Application

Phosphoric acid has been used in the preparation of anolyte, a constituent of the capillary isoelectric focusing (CIEF) solutions.[1] It has also been used as a chemical oxidation reagent in flow injection analysis-chemical oxidation-isotope ratio mass spectrometry (FIA-CO-IRMS).[2]

Other Notes

Concentrated phosphoric acid is approx. 85% H₃PO₄ (aqueous).

Caution
