Application

Fusion partner, hybridisation and tumourigenicity studies

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. Rapid cell death occurs when cell concentration exceeds 1,000,000 cells/ml.
