Methode: fotometrisch 1,0–20,0 mg/l (SO₃^2-), Spectroquant^®

Dieser Spectroquant^® Sulfit-Test ermöglicht die präzise Quantifizierung von Sulfitionen in Wasserproben verschiedenen Ursprungs. In neutraler Lösung reagieren Sulfitionen mit 2,2′-Dinitro-5,5′-dithiodibenzoesäure (Ellmans Reagenz), um ein organisches Thiosulfat zu bilden. Diese Reaktion führt zur Freisetzung eines Thiols, das fotometrisch bestimmt wird.
All unsere Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
Die Spectroquant^® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten sowie mit allen Reagenzien geliefert, die zur Durchführung der Analyse gemäß dem in der beiliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Verfahren benötigt werden.

This Spectroquant^® Sulfite test allows the accurate quantification of sulfite ions in various waters. In neutral solution sulfite ions react with 2,2’-dinitro-5,5’-dithiodibenzoic acid (Ellman’s reagent) to form an organic thiosulfate. This reaction results in the release of a thiol that is determined photometrically. All our Cell and Reagent Test Kits are equipped with the unique Live ID (2D barcode) which allows seamless method recognition and contains essential information such as lot number, expiry date, and automatic calibration updates. The Spectroquant^® Cell Tests come with pre-filled 16 mm round cells as well as all the required reagents to perform the analysis according to the procedure described in the accompanying instruction leaflet.
