Allgemeine Beschreibung

Verfahren: photometrisch 0,010–3,00 mg/l Cr 0,02–6,69 mg/l CrO₄ Spectroquant®

Die Methode entspricht APHA 3500-Cr D und DIN 38405-24.

Dieser Spectroquant® Chromat-Reagenzientest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung der Chrom(VI)-Konzentration in wässrigen Proben als Chromat- oder Dichromat-Ionen. Zum Nachweis von komplexgebundenem Chrom(III) oder des Gesamtchroms (Summe von Chrom(VI) und Chrom(III)) muss die Probe durch einen Aufschluss zersetzt werden.

Angewandtes Verfahren: In einer schwach phosphorhaltigen Lösung reagieren Chrom(VI)-Ionen mit Diphenylcarbazid, um Chrom(III) und Diphenylcarbazon zu erzeugen, die einen rot-violetten Komplex bilden. Dieser wird photometrisch bestimmt.


Die Spectroquant® Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
