Allgemeine Beschreibung
Diese Methode entspricht APHA 3500-Al-B und DIN ISO 10566 E30. Dieser Spectroquant® Aluminium-Reagenzientest ermöglicht die genaue Quantifizierung des Aluminiumgehalts in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In leicht sauren, acetatgepufferten Lösungen reagieren Aluminiumionen mit Chromazurol S und bilden eine blau-violette Verbindung, die photometrisch nachgewiesen werden kann. Aufgrund der intrinsischen orangefarbenen Färbung des Blindreagens weist die Messlösung eine orange-rote bis rote Farbe auf.
Die Spectroquant® Reagenzien-Testkits enthalten hoch stabile, gebrauchsfertige Reagenziengemische, um Analysen gemäß den im beiliegenden Anleitungsblatt beschriebenen Verfahren durchzuführen.
