Allgemeine Beschreibung
Dieser Spectroquant® Blei-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung der Blei(II)-Ionenkonzentration in wässrigen Proben. Zum Nachweis von nicht gelöstem oder komplexgebundenem Blei muss die Probe durch einen Aufschluss zersetzt werden.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In alkalischer Lösung reagieren Blei(II)-Ionen mit 4-(2’-Pyridylazo)resorcin (PAR), um einen roten Komplex zu bilden. Dieser wird photometrisch bestimmt.
Die Spectroquant® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant®Küvetten- und Reagenzien-Testkits sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
