Allgemeine Beschreibung
Dieser Spectroquant® Cadmium-Küvettentest ermöglicht eine genaue Quantifizierung des Cadmiumgehalts in wässrigen Proben.
Angewandtes Verfahren: In alkalischer Lösung reagieren Cadmiumionen mit einem Cadion-Derivat (Cadion = Trivialname für 1-(4-Nitrophenyl)-3-(4-phenylazophenyl)-triazen)) und bilden einen roten Komplex. Dieser wird photometrisch bestimmt.
Die Spectroquant® Küvettentests werden mit vorgefüllten 16-mm-Rundküvetten und allen erforderlichen Reagenzien für die Durchführung der Analyse entsprechend der beigefügten Gebrauchsanweisung geliefert.
Alle Spectroquant® Küvetten- und Reagenzientests sind mit einer eindeutigen Live ID (2D-Barcode) versehen, die eine nahtlose Methodenerkennung ermöglicht und wichtige Informationen wie Chargennummer und Verfallsdatum sowie Informationen für automatische Kalibrierungsupdates enthält.
