General description

Biotainer® media bottles eliminate the need for cleaning, sterilizing, and related validations. With certification for sterility and being ready-to-use, all Biotainer bottles undergo gamma irradiation to achieve a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. This saves time and resources associated with cleaning and sterilization processes.
Save the cost of cleaning, sterilization and validation compared to reusable bottles by using Nalgene® Biotainer® PETG bottles, which are ideal for prolonged storage of pH-sensitive liquids such as culture media. All Biotainer bottles are certified sterile, ready to use and gamma-irradiated up to a sterility safety level (SAL) of 10-6.

Biotainer® media bottles are suitable for prolonged storage of pH-sensitive materials, such as culture media.
