Analytical Vials
Vials play a significant role in analytical analysis and result reproducibility. Vials must be inert and free of extractables or leachables to prevent affecting results. Using certified, application-specific, contaminant-free vials can significantly reduce risk. We offer a broad spectrum of Supelco® products including autosampler vials, general-purpose vials, and vial accessories for sample collection, storage, and processing. Supelco® vials are available in a variety of colors, sizes, volume capacities, and material compositions. Mass Spectrometry Vials
Our certified, low adsorption (LA), LC/MS vials and kits are designed to reduce surface activity while improving analytical quantitation. The QSertVial™ microsampling device contains a fused, 300 μL glass insert and is compatible with most autosamplers. Our certified center drain (CD) vials and kits feature a unique conical interior bottom ideal for micro applications. Certified Supelco® vials, caps, and septa ensure minimal contamination and an air-tight seal.
Mininert® Valves
Mininert® valves are highly dependable, leak-tight closures for screw top vials, crimp top vials, and other laboratory containers.
Precleaned Vials
Our precleaned, Type 1 borosilicate clear or amber glass vials are washed in non-phosphate detergent, rinsed three times with tap water, and rinsed with ASTM Type-1 organic-free water to remove detergent. Post cleaning, vials are assembled with PTFE/silicone septa and open-top polypropylene caps.
VOA (EPA) Vials
VOA vials meet EPA standards for volatile organic sampling. The 40 mL vials are available in clear (Type 1, 33 expansion) and amber (Type 1, 51 expansion) borosilicate glass.
