Descripción general

Purospher® STAR RP-18 endcapped, 3 µm HPLC columns are designed for universal use and allow the separation of basic, neutral, and metal chelating compounds with simple mobile phases and excellent peak symmetry. They are based on ultra-pure fully porous silica particles (Type B).
These columns offer an outstanding stability from pH 1.5 to 10.5 over a wide temperature range, and suitability for up to 100% aqueous mobile phases. Plus, they demonstrate best all-round retention characteristics, as proven by the Tanaka test. Thanks to these features, Purospher® STAR RP-18 endcapped, 3 µm HPLC columns allow maximum flexibility to use the best chromatographic conditions for any separation including reversed phase.

Purospher® STAR RP-18 endcapped, 3 µm LiChroCART® 55-4 is a cartridge column which requires a manuCART 55 mm cartridge column holder part number 1.50226.0001.
LiChroCART® cartridge columns mounted with a manuCART cartridge column holder is hand-tight only and has therefore a maximum pressure stability of 250 bar.
The column dimension of 33 mm length x 4 mm I.D. is the optimal choice for fast HPLC separations.
