General description

Acetanilide belongs to a class of compounds which are the active components of drugs exhibiting analgesic and antipyretic properties.[1][2]

Application

Acetanilide has been used as a calibration standard for the development of a test for the evaluation of acetanilide by thermal analyses methods.[3][1]
