Cell Lines & Specialty Cell Culture

Cell culture is fundamental to life science research in universities, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and industry. Our comprehensive collection of cell lines includes authenticated, validated, mycoplasma-free mammalian and iPS cell lines available through our partnership with the European Collection of Authenticated Cell Cultures (ECACC), primary cells from PromoCell® and Cell Applications, Inc. (CAI), and assay-ready stem cells, including induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), neural, mesenchymal, and hematopoietic stem cells.
Primary Cells
Primary cells are derived directly from living tissue and closely replicate the physiology of biological systems. Our collection includes blood, patient tumor xenografts, and hepatocytes essential for drug screening and ADME/Tox studies.

Mammalian Cell Lines
Cell lines from human and other mammalian species are essential for modeling disease and biological systems, and are critical tools for protein, antibody, virus, and vaccine production. We offer authenticated, contaminant-free cell lines, many in partnership with ECACC.

Our complete range of ES and iPS cell-qualified products includes stem cell lines and media for differentiation and maturation, and provides stem cell researchers with convenient and cost-effective solutions for the reliable culture of pluripotent stem cells.
Our ready-to-use, off-the-shelf cell line systems greatly reduce the time, cost, and risk of developing new cell lines for production. Whether you are producing antibodies, recombinant proteins, or viral vectors for gene therapies, our cell line platforms can accelerate your upstream progress.
Embryo culture-qualified products provide researchers with tools for the reliable harvest, manipulation, and culture of mouse embryos for gene targeting experiments. Our M16, M2, CZB, FHM and KSOM media are tested in embryo culture.
