Cell Freezing Medium-Serum-free 1× has been used as a cryopreservation medium for somatic cell sampling and recovery (SCSR) exfoliated cells cultured in growth media and dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR)-deficient Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells grown in serum-free growth medium.
Sigma′s Cell Freezing Medium, Serum-free is a cryopreservation medium which does not contain DMSO or serum.

Other Notes

Ready-to-use formula that does not contain dimethyl sulfoxide or serum.
