Hey! I am using this product to prepare a stem cell media. I know the concentration is 0.025mg but it has two data sheets, one that its soluble in water (0.250ml) and other that says to dissolve in 20mM Tris Base pH 7.0. How many volume should I add?

The solubility of this product is tested in water. It is lyophilized from a solution containing 20 mM Tris and 1M NaCl with 50 ug BSA as a stabilizer. The product data sheet recommends reconstituting in the 20 mM Tris for optimum stability and long term storage.
