一般描述

4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋喃(NBD-Cl)是一种高度灵敏的发色和荧光试剂。据报道,它能与 -1-甲氧基-3-(三甲基硅氧基)-1,3-丁二烯(Danishefsky二烯)发生自发反应,通过正常电子需求的Diels-Alder(NEDDA)反应,区域选择性地生成烯醇硅醚。已有研究对NBD-Cl进行了分子结构、振动光谱和NBO(自然键轨道)分析。它作为柱前衍生剂的用途已被研究。

应用

4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋喃(NBD-氯化物)被用于以下研究:
