一般描述

DCC是 N,N′-二环己基碳二亚胺的首字母缩写。在肽合成中,它被用来活化羧基。DCC的结构已通过红外光谱和拉曼光谱得到了分析。它介导聚乙烯醇与游离乙酰丙酸的酯化反应生成聚乙烯醇-co乙酰丙酸酯。

应用

DCC已可用于制备钛酸盐纳米管-酞菁(TiONts-Pc)纳米复合材料 和和7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧)庚-2,4-二炔-1-丙酸酯。
肽合成羧基激活剂。
DCC可用于促进
7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧与丙酸的酯化反应生成7-(-丁基二甲基硅基)氧庚-2,4-二炔-1-醇。
还可用于合成:
  • 通过2-苯乙烯基和2-(4-硝基苯基)异硫氰酸酯[2+2]环加成合成:1,3-噻唑烷衍生物。
  • 1,3,5-恶二嗪-4-硫酮与苯甲酰异硫氰酸酯[4+2]环加成反应。
  • 在芳香族(或异芳香族)羧酸存在下,通过与(N-异环氨基)三苯基磷烷反应,生成空间位阻的1,3,4-恶二唑衍生物。
