General description

该产品是37℃生长在Kornberg Minimal培养基中并在3/4对数生长期提取的大肠杆菌B(ATCC 11303)提取物。总大肠杆菌脂质提取物是各组织的氯仿:甲醇提取物。将该提取液用去离子水进行分配并浓缩氯仿相。极性脂质提取物是用丙酮沉淀并然后用乙醚进行提取的总脂质提取物。

Biochem/physiol Actions
