一般描述

无酶细胞解离溶液是一种基于PBS的螯合剂和稳定其对细胞活性的试剂制剂。其起效明显快于0.5 mM EDTA。实际上，它在大多数细胞上的作用速度与胰蛋白酶一样快。最重要的是，它保留了细胞表面蛋白的结构和功能完整性，并且不具有有时与0.5 mM EDTA相关的细胞毒性作用。它可以用于分离原代细胞、组织和肿瘤，并提高平板效率。



无酶解离液应与近汇合（60-80%）的细胞一起使用。如果细胞超过80%融合，我们建议在无酶使用前24小时用胰蛋白酶消化细胞并在30-40%融合时重新铺板（这将使细胞达到60-80%融合以进行无酶解离）。
