一般描述

Steriflip®过滤装置专门配用标准 50mL 离心柱，省却了样品转移操作。它可以用于水溶液（最多 50 mL）的除菌、小批量培养基的无菌过滤、含有高值蛋白或小分子成分的缓冲液的无菌过滤以及细胞分离。

应用

Steriflip®-GV无菌离心管顶部过滤装置已用于：
  • 制备抗体药物偶联物(ADC)
  • 对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、木瓜蛋白酶、中性蛋白酶和DNase混合物和葡萄糖溶液进行灭菌以进行组织培养
  • 在人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV-1)融合试验中过滤上层清液

  • 用任何孔径的尼龙网过滤器，均可从细胞碎屑中分离细胞
