生化/生理作用

核酸酶S7是一种核酸内切酶,主要切割单链底物。它还切割双链DNA或RNA。它切割RNA和DNA的5′-磷酸二酯键,产生3′-单核苷酸和寡核苷酸。酶的活性取决于Ca2+ ,添加EDTA可使酶完全灭活。<

储存及稳定性

未开封试剂储存于2-8 °C;1 mg/mL的稀释液则储存于-15 to -25 °C。
