单位定义

来自Roche的胶原酶以Wünsch单位(在+25°C下每分钟用Wünsch底物形成μmol的产物)进行测定。
通常,胶原酶活性是以Mandl单位(在+37℃下5小时内从胶原释放的1 μmol亮氨酸)给出的。
不幸的是,两个活性单位之间没有统一的转换因子,因为Mandl单位部分取决于胶原酶制剂中污染性蛋白酶的浓度,而这是一个不确定的变量。较纯的胶原酶制剂相对于粗制剂在Mandl单位中实际上具有更低的比活性。梭菌制剂通常具有约1:1800的转换因子(某个特定批次的梭菌胶原酶所含有的约0.15 Wünsch U/mg和250 Mandl U/mg)。

Roche建议仅重悬需要立即使用的冻干粉的量。重新配制的溶液可以在-15至-25℃下储存长达一周。因为重新配制后活性降低了,所以要避免反复冻融。
