一般描述

蛋白质G最初是从G148中分离出来,这是一种人组G链球菌菌株。这是一种细胞壁蛋白,有很高的IgG(免疫球蛋白G)亲和性。它公认的分子量是30000Da。它能和所有人IgG亚型互作,也能够结合小鼠、兔和山羊IgG。

特异性
