特异性

可水解与多个葡萄糖单元的寡糖或多糖 α1,4-或 α1,6-连接的末端葡萄糖。本产品是 D-葡萄糖。

应用

来自黑曲霉的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶可用于测定淀粉。

生化/生理作用

来自黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的淀粉葡萄糖苷酶能够水解淀粉和麦芽寡糖的 α-D-(1-4) 和 α-(1,6)-糖苷键。淀粉葡萄糖苷酶是一种胞外酶,可以将淀粉转化成糊精和葡萄糖。在淀粉加工工业中该酶用于由玉米糖浆商业生产D-葡萄糖。

制备说明

工作浓度:缀合物的工作浓度取决于应用和底物。

以下浓度可作为指导:
  • 蛋白质印迹:1 至 10 μg/ml


工作溶液:含有 0.1% Tween 20 的 Tris 缓冲盐水。
