Supelco® is a global proficiency testing (PT) provider that manufactures best-in-class environmental and pharmaceutical PT products. Our Air Quality & Emissions Proficiency Testing Samples are designed for use with common methods for monitoring and measuring the air quality and are available in a variety of sampling matrices such as Impinger solutions, Filter paper, PUF cartridges and Absorbent tubes.
These samples are typically provided in duplicate for use in case of lab mishap, for QC purposes or to analyze multiple methods.

- The PT sample is packaged as a 20 mL concentrate.
- The sample matrix is water.
- This PT is suitable for EPA Method 7.
Sample Preparation
- To prepare the solution, partially fill a 1000 mL volumetric flask with reagent-grade water (near 20 °C).
- Open ampule PEA1904-20ML (be careful to avoid cuts on glass) and transfer 10.0 mL of the concentrate into the volumetric flask.
- Fill to volume (1000 mL) with reagent-grade water and mix well.
- The sample is now ready for immediate analysis.
- For calculation purposes, assume 1.0 dscm of air.

How to Find a Lot/Batch Number for COA
Lot and Batch Numbers can be found on a product's label following the words 'Lot' or 'Batch'.
Aldrich Products
For a lot number such as TO09019TO, enter it as 09019TO (without the first two letters 'TO').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as 05427ES-021, enter it as 05427ES (without the filling-code '-021').
For a lot number with a filling-code such as STBB0728K9, enter it as STBB0728 without the filling-code 'K9'.
