应用

甲醇已被用作十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析从斑点沙鲈(斑带副鲈)幼虫中分离的碱性蛋白酶同种型的溶剂。已用于辣椒、号辣椒果皮提取物中胡萝卜素和叶黄素的高效液相色谱分离和定量测定。
