一般說明
胶原蛋白是动物体内主要的纤维结构蛋白。它是细胞外基质(ECM) 的关键成分,主要存在于结缔组织、韧带、肌腱和角膜中。胶原蛋白由三个平行的左旋多肽链组成,这些多肽链盘绕形成右旋三螺旋。它们还有一个球状结构域。
應用
包被浓度为每10 cm2 细胞培养皿表面积使用1 ml:一个T-25培养瓶或一个60 mm组织培养皿使用2.5 ml溶液进行包被。一个T-75培养瓶或一个100 mm组织培养皿使用7.5 ml溶液进行包被。
将粘附因子溶液添加到烧瓶中并轻轻摇动烧瓶,使溶液均匀分布并覆盖整个培养表面。 在37°C下包被培养皿表面30分钟或者在室温下包被培养皿2小时或过夜。在无菌超净台中,吸出粘附因子溶液。包被培养瓶可立即使用或置于4°C保存最长2周。

生化/生理作用
胶原蛋白是体内各种细胞和组织生长和维持的基本单位。胶原蛋白可能与伤口愈合有关。当在骨科应用中用作铁锰合金 (Fe-30%Mn) 支架的涂层时,胶原蛋白可能会促进细胞粘附和增殖。
