一般描述

IgG是糖蛋白抗体,可调控几种免疫应答。靶蛋白的兔IgG通常在多种研究应用中用作一抗。因此,与可检测底物缀合的抗兔IgG二抗是靶蛋白分析的有用工具。山羊抗兔IgG(全分子)-过氧化物酶抗体在缀合前通过与正常血清和兔IgG免疫电泳对兔IgG产生免疫特异性。

应用

山羊抗兔IgG(全分子)-过氧化物酶抗体用于蛋白印迹(1:6,000)和ELISA检测。
用 HRP 标记的羊抗兔 IgG 作为二抗,对 C33A 细胞裂解物进行免疫共沉淀和免疫印迹分析。
使用HRP缀合的山羊抗兔IgG作为二抗,通过蛋白印迹分析C33A细胞裂解物。
对来自结肠粘膜提取物(μg)的蛋白等分试样进行蛋白印迹分析:使用HRP缀合的山羊抗兔IgG作为二抗,用TBST以1:5000稀释,室温孵育1小时。
