一般描述

海藻酸是从海藻中分离出的高分子量线性聚合物。它是 n-甘露糖醛酸和L-古罗糖醛酸的线性β-1→4-连接聚合物。它是存在于褐藻细胞外基质中的酸性多糖。据报道,它可以抑制HIV的逆转录酶活性。海藻酸的结构研究表明它是一种海藻多糖聚-α-L-古罗糖醛酸。已有报道称,从褐藻( Sargassum wightii)中分离的海藻酸在II型胶原蛋白诱导的关节炎大鼠中具有抗炎作用。已有报道称,利用py-GC/MS在宽温度范围(200-800℃)内以及热重分析(TGA)研究了藻酸的热解。据报道,它能够在锗内反射元件(IRE)上引起铜薄膜的生物腐蚀。
