生化/生理作用
L-抗坏血酸缺乏与L-古洛糖酸-1,4-内酯氧化酶(GLO)酶缺乏有关。能引起抗氧化作用,并通过抗坏血酸自由基中间体氧化为脱氢抗坏血酸。L-抗坏血酸对于维持氧化还原平衡至关重要。是多巴胺-β羟化酶的辅酶,有利于T细胞增殖,保护免疫系统,缓解普通感冒症状。
