生化/生理作用

腺苷2′,3′-环单酸酯(2′,3′-cAMP) 被视为腺苷的细胞外来源。 2′,3′-cAMP作为损伤响应在细胞外释放。2′,3′-cAMP可用于研究其降解酶在独特生物活性背景下的分布和特异性。2′,3′-cAMP也可用于研究诱导细胞凋亡的线粒体通透性过渡水平。2′,3′-cAMP被转换为2′-AMP和3′-AMP,从而通过A2B受体抑制肾小球前血管平滑肌细胞和肾小球系膜细胞的增殖。
