应用

生化/生理作用
生物素可作为氧化代谢所需羧化酶的辅因子。摄入富含抗生物素蛋白的食物(如蛋白)会减少小肠中生物素的吸收。因此,显著降低其生物利用度,导致蛋白损伤(egg white injury)。妊娠期间通常可观察到生物素水平的下降。生物素缺乏症可能是先天的,缺陷蛋白涉及生物素稳态。
