生化/生理作用

体内乙酰胆碱的主要降解酶。 将乙酰胆碱 + H2O 转化为胆碱+乙酸。
乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)的活性表现于其可降解神经肌肉接头和胆碱能神经元突触间隙处的乙酰胆碱。该酶参与一氧化氮信号通路。

注意

对于稀释溶液(<1 mg/ml),加入 1mg/ml BSA 以稳定。在稀释的中性磷酸盐缓冲液中含有至少 1mg 蛋白质/ml 的溶液在冷藏至少 6 个月后是稳定的。

一个单元将在 pH8.0,37℃下,每分钟将 1.0 μmole 乙酰胆碱水解成胆碱和乙酸盐。
