應用
玉米浆可作为蛋白胨的廉价替代品,用于各种微生物生产方法,包括大肠杆菌(E. coli.)中重组蛋白的补料分批生产、酿酒酵母(S. cerevisiae)的高密度培养和乳酸的发酵生产。
玉米浆可用于:
- 用作肉汤培养基成分,充当淀粉利用率指标指示剂用作发酵培养基、低成本培养基和LB培养基的组分,用于同步糖化共发酵(SSCF)测试
- 用作发酵培养基组分进行优化研究
生化/生理作用
玉米浆作为生化工业的氮源,是酵母提取物的不二之选。白酒中的维生素、矿物质和氮可用于发酵。
