应用

特点和优势

为满足生物技术和疫苗制造的需要而开发,该培养基支持悬浮培养物中快速的初始细胞生长和高水平的蛋白表达。它也支持高细胞密度和维持这些密度的活细胞为长期导致生产力提高。在分批培养系统中已经实现了每毫升超过 8×106 个细胞的细胞密度。已观察到每个细胞的蛋白质生产率增加高达 500%。

其他说明

专利配方,含有无机盐、HEPES 和碳酸氢钠缓冲液、必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、重组人胰岛素、植物水解物、其他有机化合物、微量元素和表面活性剂。
